A SAN FRANCISCO LOVE STORY

Karl + Goldie is an illustration I created based on San Francisco's notoriously loved & sometimes hated, Karl the Fog, & world renowned Golden Gate Bridge, "Goldie," that I later animated for Havas SF's 2022 Couple of the Year Valentine's Day social media post. This post unfortunately never went live.

As someone who is born on Valentine's Day, I don't endorse the consumerist holiday that Valentine's Day commercializes, but I did very much enjoy exploring this particular take on the celebration of love.
