CHALLENGE //
Absent of an internal marketing team, lead liberated brought us on a 9-month contract to revamp their website & freshen up their print & digital marketing materials to assist in further promoting their mission & purpose. These marketing materials consisted of social media graphics, banners, flyers, presentation decks, impact reports, & emails blasts— all of which were converted into templates for future use.
APPROACH //
We began our process by asking all the questions to better understand Lead Liberated, & get clear on who they are, the work they do, & who they serve, as well as who they are not, what work they don't do, & who they don't serve. From there, we familiarized ourselves with their existing brand guidelines & assets, to then reimagine their website, print & digital marketing assets such as flyers, banners, social media post templates, email blasts, & impact report.

ONE-PAGERS
Lead Liberated had a very basic 'word doc' aesthetic for every single one of their 5 one-pagers, with nothing but varied photos & titles to differentiate one from the other. I redesigned each, taking special care to break up the information in such a way that would be more easily digestible for viewers.

IMPACT REPORT
We collaborated with the Lead Liberated team to collect & refine the data points needed to communicate & visually convey the impactful work they've done in 2025 for their first ever Impact Report.

SOCIAL MEDIA
+ EMAIL MARKETING
Similar to their one-pagers, Lead Liberated needed some support with their social media presence & email blasts–we produced, designed, & deployed messaging & branded graphics for both, boosting views, clicks, shares, & overall engagement.

REFLECTION
While building brands from the ground up is at the core of my practice, I find just as much joy in stepping in to gently rework & refine existing identities—offering fresh perspective where the foundation is already strong. Our work with Lead Liberated was exactly that: supporting a brand that was already working, & helping it stretch a bit further into its own potential. Lead Liberated saw our impact & extended our contract into the end of the year.
